After dealing with the pandemic in 2020, students have adapted to other teaching approaches such as hybrid , face to face and finally online lessons. In this section I will explain the advantages of telecommunting, I have tought for almost 15 years and I noticed that not everybody learns the same way , so as teachers we ought to tailor our courses based on the multiple intelligences due to the fact that generations are seeking for more interesting lessons.
Telecommuting
When it comes to teaching to teaching face to face you might encounter some issues either with the way which you commute to work or also dealing with money, food, and other expenses.
Teaching face-to-face
Some schools have chosen to apply a hybrid method without realizing that it can be distracting for other students since they lack of attention in class. A private school in Querétaro hired me as a Hybrid English teacher but when I got to the classroom I spotted that there were 25 students in-class and 8 at home which it made it challenging for the teacher owing to the need of the suitable equipment.
