01

My experience as an ESL student.

As an immigrant in the U.S I struggled to communicate with other students at school owing to the way of speaking as it is too speedy so I frustrated by not understanding what they said, due to it I decided to study a language career to look for an easier way to understand native speakers. I had to work flat out in my ESL class but I noticed that the activities from the teacher were not enough for us to acquire and enjoy the learning process and this brings me to how I have been enhancing my teaching philosophy because it reminds myself as a student, therefore as teachers we must consider that all students learn differently and in order to keep them motivated we must alter the way of teaching.

03

Playful activities to keep students motivated and willing to learn English.

The English language teaching stands in need for distinct strategies to transfer it on students, as a result it is necessary for teachers to find and analyze the most appropriate tasks so this way the lessons will be more interesting to students, as the demands on students are increasing and it places teachers in a critical situation due to the fact that now they have to look for alternatives for the teacher-learning process of the English language. Based on what is mentioned, I have been taking up and compiling each and every idea of some authors with the aim of presenting the following ``Teaching through playful activities to improve the acquisition of any skill in English``. Keeping students in their seat the whole class will hinder their process in learning, playing games in class it helps students to develop their traits, since playing for the student represents satisfaction and enables the growth of sensory, perceptual abilities, and physical skills.

02

Choosing the suitable approach to teach.

I became an English teacher to help learners to learn through an eclectic approach which will allow the teacher to choose various of approaches and methodologies depending on the aims of the lesson and the abilities of the pupils. When you step into new groups during the school year, you are not certain about how the newcomers will cope with your lessons, thus as teachers we ought to try as many methods as possible until it matches with the students` way of learning.

04

Pedagogical goal.

My most fundamental pedagogical goal for my lessons: The lessons which I teach, they all have a communicative approach along with having fun while learning and that will help pupils to lose the fear of expressing themselves in the English language, on the other hand, the pronunciation is not neglected as it is a must in my classes and this way students will also enhance their accent.
